Throughout the year, we offer the opportunity for exciting insights in the form of working student activities in various areas, such as marketing, HR, controlling, sales and many other departments.

With us, you have the opportunity to complete both a compulsory and a voluntary internship, usually lasting 6 months, in a wide variety of areas.

Apprentice meetings and outings

Our apprentices and dual students regularly exchange ideas in apprentice meetings. Once a year, everyone takes the opportunity to plan a joint outing, e.g. to Laser tag or glow-in-the-dark mini golf.

Takeover after your apprenticeship or your university studies

We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to begin your career in one of our departments following your training or studies.

Your application process with us 

Online application 

You apply online via our careers page and upload all the necessary documents. You can easily submit your complete application by clicking the "Apply Now" button for each position.

Afterwards, you receive a confirmation receipt by e-mail. We strive to process all applications as soon as possible. Our recruiting team reviews your documents and responds within 1-3 weeks as to whether have been shortlisted.

for working students and interns

If your application has impressed us, we'll invite you to a personal or virtual meeting. Here, we would like to get to know you and your reason for applying better.

for apprentices and dual students

If your application has convinced us, we look forward to getting to know you better in the first step of the process during a roughly hour-long, virtual interview via Teams.

Following this, if things are suitable from both sides, there will be a second step in the process. Here, we would like to invite you to enjoy a trial day with us on-site, so you can get to know our company even better.

Final feedback

After completing all discussions, you will receive feedback from us. If we decide to offer you the position, we look forward to welcoming you at CTS EVENTIM.

If it doesn't work out this time, perhaps the timing wasn't quite right - but we warmly invite you to apply with us again at any time.

Application tips

You primarily succeed through openness and authenticity. We operate in the world of entertainment, but we don't expect a grand show from you. Show us in conversation who you are and what you can do. We're keen to get to know you!

Which documents belong to a complete application?

  • Curriculum Vitae 
  • School leaving certificates as well as training or Bachelor's/Master's degrees
  • Full work or internship certificates

When will I receive a response to my application?

We strive to process all applications as quickly as possible. Depending on the volume of work, you can expect a response within approximately 2 weeks.

Tips for your job interview

  • Inform yourself about CTS EVENTIM, our products and services and our company culture.
  • Make notes on the job advert and think about how your skills and experience match the requirements.
  • Introduce yourself briefly in the conversation and mention the most important stages in your CV. 
  • Prepare for frequently asked questions, e.g., "Why EVENTIM and this position?“, "Why are you the suitable candidate?“ 
  • If your conversation is taking place on site, allocate enough time for the journey to be on time, or ideally a little earlier at the meeting place. 
  • If the conversation is taking place online, test your internet connection, camera and microphone in advance to avoid technical problems. 
  • Jot down questions about the position, the team or the tasks you would like to ask us and bring these to the conversation. 

What if I can't find a vacant position that matches my skills?

If you currently can't find a suitable job with us, we'd be pleased to receive your speculative application or your registration for our talent pool. This way, we can contact you for future suitable job opportunities.

Is there an application deadline?

No, there is no application deadline for our positions. The selection process begins as soon as a position is posted online (for apprenticeships and dual study places about a year before the start date). Applications are possible as long as the positions are advertised on our career page.
